Equipment supplied by/ refurbished by RF Global Solutions generally speaking comes with a 12 month comprehensive parts and labour warranty as standard.

Hassle free

The warranty is designed to be hassle free and straightforward for the customer. In the event of a warranty claim the equipment should be returned to our repair facility for inspection, a full report of our findings is at this point made available to the customer along with estimated repair times etc.

Highest Priority

RF Global Solutions will always give the highest possible priority status to warranty work and we are often able to supply the client with a loan unit during the repair process (subject to timescales and availability).

When the unit has been repaired under warranty RF Global Solutions will take care of the customs paperwork and any associated shipping costs.
