Alastair Stuart – Managing Director & CEO

Alastair has been an integral part of RF Global Solutions since joining the company in January 2005. Over the years, his exceptional understanding of the RF and DC industries, coupled with his strong leadership skills, have made him a key driver behind the company’s growth and success. Initially brought on board in an operational capacity, Alastair’s expertise quickly led him to a strategic role, and in 2010, he was appointed to the board of directors. During this time, he took on the responsibilities of Operations Director, where he played a pivotal role in streamlining processes, improving service delivery, and expanding the company’s operations.

Alastair’s leadership style is characterised by a hands-on approach, always focusing on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation within the company. His deep industry knowledge and forward-thinking strategies have been instrumental in building RF Global Solutions into a trusted partner for RF and DC components, repair services, and global trade solutions.

In June 2020, Alastair reached a significant milestone in his career and the company’s history when he acquired all shares of RF Global Solutions from its founders, Ian and Anne. This transition saw Alastair step into the role of Managing Director & CEO, where he took full responsibility for the direction and vision of the company. Under his leadership, RF Global Solutions has seen significant expansion, both in terms of its global presence and its investment in cutting-edge technology.

As Managing Director & CEO, Alastair is not only responsible for overseeing all of the company’s operations but also for setting its strategic direction, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements. His focus on maintaining a high standard of service, fostering innovation, and investing in both people and technology has positioned RF Global Solutions as a leader in the RF and DC sectors.
