RF Global Solutions have recently developed an innovative client portal allowing our customers to login and view the status of repair and sales work 24 hours a day.

The service has been designed in collaboration with existing users and allows self-service real time access to the following;

  • Colour coded job tracking, (including limited access to all historical jobs prior to client portal launch)
  • Booking in paperwork and photographs of unit, packaging, damage in transit
  • Highly detailed service reports complete with photos, graphs and charts where applicable
  • Booking out paperwork and photographs of refurbished equipment and packaging
  • Handy “contact us about this job” link
  • Links for “contact us” “visit our website” ”view our sales units”

Below shows your welcome screen. A colour coded key is to the left, job tracking module in the center with a useful search box above. Web links are provided in the blue bar along the top providing one click functionality for contact us, visit our website & view our sales units.

When you click on a job you will be presented with this job card. On the main info tab you will see details of the equipment, PO status/ number, arrival date and a link at the bottom to export the service report providing it has been completed. You can also contact us by email at the top of the job card.

The booking in screen will show you all of the details relating to your jobs arrival along with any observations we might have made. If you click the blue button as the top left it will download to PDF complete with all associated pictures, you can also contact us by email at the top of the job card.

The booking out screen will show you all of the details relating to your jobs departure along with our QC checks. You can also contact us by email at the top of the job card.

Below is a screenshot of the contact us screen, please note that for ease of use and speed it will automatically put the job number into the Subject/ RMA No field if you click it from within a job.
