In light of the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, I want to update our valued customers and suppliers about the ongoing situation and to provide reassurance that we are still very much open for business.

Our response plan has been put in place to ensure we are able to continue to operate at a high standard whilst protecting our employees, customers and suppliers.

 

Employee Safety

 

As a priority, we have decided to put several measures in place to protect the health of our employees and their families, including:

  • Enhanced cleaning and sterilisation of work environment.
  • Provision of alcohol hand gels, surface sanitising wipes, masks, disposable gloves etc.
  • Restricting client visits.
  • Banning all supplier visits to site
  • Immediate self-isolation for anybody feeling unwell or showing symptoms.

  • All RF Generators, Matching Networks etc are being sterilised with sanitising products both on arrival and prior to dispatch.
  • Approved Economic Operator (AEO) status guarantees repairs and sales are fast tracked at all air/ sea ports should back logs occur, worldwide.
