1. To give the ability to manually tune matching network to
prove network operates within range of process.
2. To give the engineer the ability to see tune point
positions of both the load and tune arms, this will be
invaluable for assessing differences between individual
matching networks, within a cluster tool, running the same
processes. This gives the engineer a good insight into the
subtle differences between chambers.
3. To give the ability to tune the phase and magnitude of
the matching network after tuning has been achieved in
manual mode, thus calibrating the matching network on site,
and reducing down time.
4. To be able to adjust overall RF gain set to give an
indication of the need to adjust gain set on matching
network, for optimal operation.
