By doing this it greatly increases our diagnostics of the problem which in turn can mean that your unit is returned in a fraction of the time!
Although filling in the form does allow us to start work on the equipment straight away we will still carry out the full list of standard RF Global Solutions checks and quality procedures before returning the repaired/ refurbished unit by courier.
